This is Faolan and Eiji Tsuneo. Fa met Eiji when she was 12 and he was 8, and he saved her from death by, ironically, trying to kill her. he grew up to be a vampire hunter.

at the time, she was looking for a god because hers abandoned her (her family is catholic). 5 yrs earlier, she was poisoned by silver and had started taking painkillers. of course, its not like they helped much.

this pic is the two of them today, and Fa kneeling in front of her god. the poor hunter, of course, is also catholic (and shinto) and cant believe that a mere human like him would be followed like this.

for the record, Fa always wears long sleeves or gloves to hide the cutting scars on her right forearm.
